Description

The Sweetest Race in Griffin!

The MTCSB Donut Dash 5K will take place along a well-known route in Griffin, GA. Runners, joggers, and walkers will enjoy a mix of elevation changes and flat road while coming together for a fun, community-focused event.

This race benefits McIntosh Trail Community Service Board (CSB), a public agency that provides services and supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health needs, and substance use challenges across our community. Proceeds from the Donut Dash 5K help support meaningful programs that promote independence, inclusion, and quality of life.

Participants may join the race in person or choose the Virtual Donut Dash 5K, allowing you to complete your 5K from anywhere, on your own schedule, while still supporting the mission.

We’re also excited to offer a Dog Division for those who want to bring their four-legged running buddy. Well-behaved dogs on a leash are welcome to participate, may register at a reduced rate, and are eligible for dog-specific prizes. Dogs must be leashed at all times and comfortable around people and other dogs. Owners are responsible for their dog’s behavior and cleanup.

Whether you’re running in Griffin, participating virtually, or walking with your pup, the MTCSB Donut Dash 5K is a great way to get active, have fun, and support services that make a real difference in our community.
