Description
Please join us for our very 2nd Annual Tippens Turkey Trot 5K on November 8th, 2025! Registration begins at 7:00 AM at Holly Springs Elementary School in Holly Springs GA. Race begins at 8:00 AM. 100% of net race proceeds will be donated to L.R. Tippens Education Center.
Race Day Schedule
Race Day Registration and Packet Pickup begins at 7:00 AM at Holly Springs Elementary School 1965 Hickory Rd, Canton, GA 30115.
The race will start promptly at 8:00AM
Awards
Awards will be given to the Overall Male and Female plus unique student made awards will be given to the age group winners in 10 year age groupings for male and female.
Parking
Free Parking will be permitted at Holly Springs Elementary School.
Please do not park at Barrett Park.
Timing and Results
The race will be accurately timed by BT Race Timing. This race WILL NOT be chip timed. Please fill out the finish card, handed to you as you finish. Put your name, age, bib number and gender on the card, no need to put your time. Please turn in your card at the results boards for it to be posted. Failure to turn in your card will prohibit you from receiving an award on race day. Complete results will be posted to RunSignUp.com, BTRaceTiming.com, Athlinks.com and RunGeorgia.com after the race
Shirts and Goodies
Commemorative Race Shirts will be guaranteed to all who register before 10/24/25. Those who register after that date and on race day will not be guaranteed a shirt or size.
There will be refreshments at Barrett Park.

The race starts at Holly Springs Elementary School, do a loop around the local neighborhood and will finish at Barrett Park,

In case of inclement weather, act of God or other unforeseen events, the race may be canceled or postponed at the discretion of the race officials, local law enforcement or other authorities. Sorry no refunds will be given for any reason. We thank you for your donation.
