BVSA RHINO 5K RACE

Event Details:

Enjoy a beautiful single loop course along the marsh and under the trees of JF Gregory Park. Finish with Hot Sausage Biscuits, Coffee and other breakfast items. Win a sweet prize from Mexicali Fresh, All Things Chocolate and a BBQ Set from VIP Office Furniture and Supply. Hang out with the Newest Missionary from our community heading to Guatemala to serve the youth there through Soccer, Education and based on the Love of Jesus.

Who is BVSA?

“The Buena Vista Sports Academy is a small missions organization. They currently have 4 ministry locations throughout Guatemala, Honduras, and West Africa, with administrative offices in the USA.

And Why are we passionate about supporting missionary Kaitlyn Groover to the BVSA Rhino Soccer Academy?

The young boys and young men at this academy have endured much pain in their lives, often abuse. This amazing organization is striving to end the cycle of abuse. BVSA helps train boys and young men to become good men, husbands, and fathers. They use soccer to build trust, teach teamwork, nurture integrity, and instill pride in their community. Several Rhinos have gone on to play soccer professionally. BVSA also provides teaching and Bible study.
