Phi Mu Kappa Beta will be hosting our second annual 5K in November! All proceeds that are raised will go directly to Phi Mu's national philanthropy, Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. Please help us support this amazing cause by donating or registering to run/walk our virtual 5K! Even though things look a little different this year, we are so excited for this event!
The good thing about running virtually is that there is no specific location. You are welcome to run around your neighborhood, on a treadmill, or any where else! You can run the race anytime before or on Saturday, November 21st. Once you have completed your 5K run/walk, please enter your results in the "results" tab on the left side of the main page. This will allow us to keep track of how fast each participant ran!
There are GPS tracking apps available to download through the App Store! Runkeeper and MapMyRun are both apps that will keep up with the miles you have ran and the time. You can use these apps to ensure you have walked or ran the total distance. You are also welcome to use an apple or smart watch!
We would love to see your pictures from this day on social media! Please tag us in all pictures :)

After registering, you will receive a t-shirt!
One of the most rewarding feelings is being able to participate in something knowing that it makes a difference. Last year we were able to raise over $3,000 for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals! We are so thankful for the continuous support from our community!
Here are two suggestions for places to run in Valdosta but feel free to run anywhere!
