What: The April Showers May Flowers 100 Mile Challenge - Virtual Run
When: Saturday, April 1st, 2017 - M0nday, May 15th, 2017
Where: Anywhere & Everywhere! Any city, any location in the world. You can map your own course and you choose where you want to run/walk.
Who: All ages and all abilities. Walkers are welcome!
Cost: $25 – Early Registration will close on Friday, March 10th 2017 at 11pm EST. Registration after March 10th, 2017 will be $30.
Spring is almost here. Our April Showers and May Flowers Challenge is for 100 miles in 45 days.

Every runner will receive a 5″ April Flowers May Showers medal with glitter and translucent glass.
Important Dates to Remember
Medals and Bonus Race Swag Packets will ship on Monday, May 8th.

The HealthWell Foundation reduces financial barriers to care for underinsured patients with chronic or life-threatening diseases. HealthWell Foundation provides financial assistance to eligible individuals to cover coinsurance, copayments, health care premiums and deductibles for certain medications and therapies.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I submit my miles? Am I required to download an app? How will you know that I have completed my miles?
We work on the honor system, so you will not be required to download any app. We will provide you with a paper tracker that will make it very easy for you to track your mileage. We will also create a Facebook group page to where you can share your journey with all runners working together to complete the 100 miles.
What if it rains, can I complete this on the treadmill? I am not a runner, can I walk?
Yes and Yes!
Are there t-shirts available for this event?
Yes, when you register you will have an option to add on any t-shirts and optional bonus race swag.
Will there be a bib that I can download?
Not for this race. Since this will be done over several races we did not create a bib for this event.
