Join us for a cross-country adventure at the 49th Annual Swamp Run, held at Okefenokee Swamp Park in Waycross. One of the longest continuously running races in South Georgia, this beloved event invites runners to experience a mostly dirt, trail-style course.
The race begins and ends inside Okefenokee Swamp Park—yes, with indoor bathrooms at the start and finish. Expect natural terrain, wide-open scenery, and a course that rewards both effort and curiosity.
Please leave pets and service dogs at home for this race.
We’re excited to have Chick-fil-A fueling race morning! Every registered participant will enjoy a Chick-fil-A fruit cup and chicken biscuit for breakfast, plus receive a gift card for a Chick-fil-A entrée. It’s a delicious way to start race day and a big thank-you to our runners for being part of the Swamp Run.
