Dream Connection 5k- Virtual race

Dream Connection is a program that is works with 20-40 at risk youth during the summers in Barrow County, GA via an intensive four-week program.  The youth spend the first two hours of their day with certified teachers learning strategies to help them become more successful in school.  Then, the youth enjoy some downtime and games while they have lunch.  After lunch, the youth meet with licensed counselors to address barriers they encounter, family relationships, peer relationships, emotional regulation, and anger control.  

Additionally, the parents of the youth participate in a program to help them learn different strategies to help support their youth and challenge their own barriers. 

In order to support this program, we have set up a VIRTUAL 5K in order to raise money.
