Description
Run for HER is our free virtual 5k race to kick off awareness for Her Voice for Childbirth! Her Voice for Childbirth was created to help moms, babies, and their families who have experienced traumatic childbirth. This can be mental trauma during your birth or after a birth including postpartum depression. Her voice creates a safe space for moms and dads to share their stories.It helps with free resources and even prevention and treatments.
Her Voice for CB was created and founded by Dr. Rina Patel-Jerls. Today she has successfully helped over 115 families since Her Voice CB was created in June 2023. We can't wait for our 5k this year.
