Once you’re registered, you may switch from one race distance to another up until 5:00 PM on October 31. Please note that once your bib has been picked up, event switches are no longer permitted. Runners may not switch events during the race, and completing a course different from the one assigned to your bib will result in disqualification.

Switching Events : may be completed directly through your RunSignup account by following these steps:

• Log in to your RunSignup account
• Click Manage Registration under the Hilton Head Half & Quarter Marathon & 5K event
• At the top of the next page, select Transfer Event
• Choose Start Transfer and complete the process

Race Change Fees (includes processing fee):

• Half Marathon to Quarter Marathon or 5K: $15
• Quarter Marathon to Half Marathon or 5K: $15 (plus the event price difference)
• 5K to Quarter Marathon or Half Marathon: $15 (plus the event price difference)
