Unfortunately no. In order to provide the best service to every runner who signed up, there are lots of preparation work we have to accomplish before the race, such as BIB assignment, timing equipment setup, T-Shirt purchase etc, many of which may not be able to support the race-day registration. That being said however, we will try our best to support any last minute registration before the race day, as much as we can. 

Yes, we have a designated bag keeping area in the starting/finishing area. 

Absolutely. We have reserved the train station large parking lot very close to the starting/finishing area. And we will provide free parking permit that you can print it out and put on your car's dashboard for free parking at the event.
