Clear Lake Dance Team Annual 5K Glo Run/Walk

The Clear Lake Dance Team is excited to announce our Annual GLO-RUN 5K Fundraiser! The run/walk will start at 8:30pm at the seawall by City Park in Clear Lake, Iowa. The route will take the runners down South Shore Drive, turning right at 1st Avenue to South Lakeview Drive, back to South Shore and finally to Pine Tree Park, then back to the finish line at the City Park seawall, staying on South Shore Drive the entire route back--to be exactly 5K. Registration is $25/runner and includes glo-products, and a Glo-Run T-shirt (to those who registered by Aug. 9th)! Children under age 5 are free but can purchase a T-shirt for $10.00, which must be pre-ordered. Participants are encouraged to have fun with this event, get a team together, dress-up in glo-in-the dark gear, bright colored outfits, paint yourself with glow-paint! Get your group together today! If you are unable to run/walk during this event, have fun watching the participants by bringing out your lawn chairs along the route while cheering us on! We are excited this year, to have local sponsors for this event that have graciously donated prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place! 1st place will be awarded a 1 YEAR membership to NIP Fitness! 2nd place will be awarded a 3 month membership to Cutting Edge Fitness, including 1 month of free classes! 3rd place will be awarded 1 month membership to Anytime Fitness in Clear Lake, including 1 month of free team training! All the proceeds from the Glo-Run will go to support the Clear Lake High School Dance Team! Come out and show your support for the Clear Lake Dance Team and have fun doing it!
