Cost:
$15 if entered by May 1st
$20 if entered by June1st
$30 after June 1st- you may register day of race

or at NW Iowa Twisted Steel Fitness until June 1st.
After June 1st you can still register at NW Iowa Twisted Steel Fitness on the day of the race.

Awards & Divisions
Free tshirt- If you register after May 17th tshirt will not be available
Refreshments and fruit will be provided for runners following the race.
First place will be awarded in each division. Male and Female overall winners will also receive awards.
