In the month of January the goal is to complete at least 500 minutes of strength and mobility. We will help you out with weekly stretching sessions after our Saturday rides as well as a weekly strength session via zoom on Sundays. Make strength and mobility a top priority as we head into the new year and prepare to HOPEFULLY race again one day!
