No matter what sport you are competing in, mobility should be a key component of your training. Unfortunately it's often the thing that gets skipped first we life gets busy. Join us in making mobility a top priority for the month of February. The goal is to hit 300 total minutes of mobility, or just over 10 minutes each day. To help you on your way we'll offer a 10 minute mobility session every Saturday at 11:30 EST. The sessions will be recorded and posted in our private FB page in case you can't join live. And to give you more of a bang for your buck, we will also give you access to our coached Saturday cycling session from 9-11:30AM prior to the mobility minutes.
Each week anyone actively logging their mobility minutes will be eligible to win one of our weekly giveaways. And anyone who hits 300 minutes for the month will be eligible to win one of our three grand prizes from Coeur Sports, Rudy Project, and Hyperice.
