Description
Come join us in raising money for the Northeastern Swim Team as we host the 1st annual NST shake off the Rust Indoor Triathlon. All money that is raised will go towards new equipment for the team. It will also help us in paying our monthly rental fee of the pool. This will be an indoor triathlon sanctioned by USATriathlon. The race will include:
10-minute pool swim
10-minute transition to bike area
30-minute stationary bike ride
5-minute transition to run area
20-minute track run (indoor)
Heats will be sent off in 30 Minute intervals.
