What Counts for your distance??

Running & walking both count if you're doing it with the intent of exercising! Whether you're on the treadmill or backroad, it counts! Already signed up for virtual races this summer? Those miles will count too! Directions for submitting miles to the leaderboard will be emailed to participants around the start of the event.
