Members of Rho Eta Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. engage in Physical fitness.  This wondrous band called MAB Phit has challenged themselves and family and friends to completing 6 weeks of Physical Activity.  The Physical activity is to be at least 33 minutes in duration or repetitions.  We will complete at least 3 days of activity each week. 

Physical Activity

  1. 33 minutes of Aerobic activity
  2. 33 reps of Push-ups
  3. 33 reps of Sit-ups/Crunches
  4. 33/66/99 seconds of Wall sits*
  5. 33/66/99 seconds of Planks*
  6. 33 reps of Dips
  7. 33 reps of Air Squats

*Increase on 33 second intervals.  The goal is to reach 99 second intervals

Before starting we encourage you to take your weight and get your measurements.  Measurements will be: each arm (center of bicep and triceps), each leg (center of quad), chest (around your body at nipple line), & waistline (around your body at the belly button)

Encouraged to drink half your body weight in water daily.
