LEVEL 1: Raise $50 - you'll earn an event logoed water bottle.
LEVEL 2: Raise $120 - you'll earn an event logoed water bottle AND an event TShirt.
LEVEL 3: Raise $255 - you'll earn an event logoed water bottle, an event TShirt AND a $40 gift voucher for any upcoming 3W Races owned event.
LEVEL 4: Raise $475 - you'll earn an event logoed water bottle, an event TShirt, a $40 gift voucher for any upcoming 3W Races owned event AND your choice of Belong Designs fleece top!
LEVEL 5: Raise $875 - you'll earn an event logoed water bottle, an event TShirt, a $40 gift voucher for any upcoming 3W Races owned event , your choice of Belong Designs fleece top AND $150 Gift Card to Road Runner Sports!
Water Bottle: 28 oz Oasis Tritan Drink Thru Bottle (BPA Free). Claim at the race venue from the Charity Tent when you check in to pick up your race bib. If you are unable to attend on race day, you will be contacted by the Charity regarding a time and location to pick up your swag in person after the event.
T-Shirt: Gender-specific cut options of Next Level Women's CVC T-Shirt or Unisex Gildan Softstyle Tee. Claim at the race venue from the Charity Tent when you check in to pick up your race bib. If you are unable to attend on race day, you will be contacted by the Charity regarding a time and location to pick up your swag in person after the event.
$40 Gift Voucher for 3W Races: Loaded into your RunSignUp account on or before 10/5/2026. You can view this by logging in to your RunSignUp account. Click on “My Profile,” then scroll to the menu options at the bottom of the screen under the header “Financial Links” to the menu option “My Vouchers.” When you click on “My Vouchers,” you’ll see the voucher number in addition to the races for which you may apply this voucher. If you sign up while logged in to your RunSignUp account, the voucher should preload into your payment screen. Unused portions of the voucher will remain on your account until they have been fully used or for one year, expiring 10/5/2027.
Fleece Top: A Belong Designs gift email will be sent to you on or before 10/5/2026, which you may redeem online at belongdesigns.com. Your fleece will be shipped after you place the order using the code emailed to you.
Shoe Certificate: A gift card valued at $150 will be awarded to you on race day, 10/3/2026, at 10:00 AM when the top fundraisers are recognized. If you are unable to attend on race day, it will be mailed to you on 10/5/2026.
2026 FUNDRAISING REWARD DEADLINE
Race-Day Swag and Recognition: Fundraising totals as of Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM Mountain Time will determine water bottles, shirts and the fundraising recognition presented on race day.
Digital and Gift-Card Rewards: Fundraising may continue through Sunday, October 4, 2026, at 11:59 PM Mountain Time for the $40 3W Races voucher, Belong Designs fleece and $150 Road Runner Sports gift card. These rewards will be finalized and distributed beginning Monday, October 5.
Participants who have already qualified for the Road Runner Sports gift card by September 30 may receive it during race-day recognition. Anyone who reaches that level between October 1 and October 4 will receive the reward after the final cutoff.
Donations received after October 4 at 11:59 PM will still benefit the selected charity but will not change the participant’s earned reward level.
