Into the Light is a 5K, 10K, or half marathon, run, walk, bike, swim, treadmill, whatever is comfortable for you race. All proceeds will go to the AFSP (American Foundation for Suicide Prevention) after the cost of medals. The race is the 4th of September through 30th of September.
