Description
Indoor Sprint Triathlon! on October 19th 8-11:30 am
Check in time 7:30
Start with a 50 Minute spin class then run/'walk a 5k on the treadmill then a 15 minute or 700 meter swim in the pool. Anyone 10 and up can register. $30 for members/ $35 for non members.
Register by Oct. 12th, Entrants receive swag bag, t-shirt, sponsors donations, protein bar and goodies. There will be drawings for prizes from sponsors
