Format:
- 10 minute swim
- 10 minute transition
- 20 minute bike
- 5 minute transition
- 15 minute treadmill run/walk
*Total distance for each event will be added to determine score.
Awards will be given to the top male and female in the following age categories:
9-12 13-16 17-20 21-30 31-40 41-50 51+
Awards will be given to the top 3 finishing teams.
*6 person teams: Times on each event will be averaged to determine teams final score.
