Hustle For Hearing 5k Run/Walk

The Northern Illinois University Student Academy of Audiology is excited to host its 8th annual Hustle for Hearing 5k run/walk in DeKalb, IL. All proceeds from the race will be donated to Hear the Cheers, a local organization whose mission is to provide hearing aids and assistive listening devices to children who are not otherwise able to afford them. 

Race Details

The race will take place on Saturday, September 21st 2019 at Hopkins Park in DeKalb, IL. 

Check-in begins at 8:15AM and the race will start at 9:00am!

The cost to participate is $30 per person.  Every participant will receive T-shirt on the morning of the race.  Water and snacks will also be provided. 

Participants can sign up in advance and also on race day until 8:00am. Please be aware that due to T-shirt ordering constraints, runners that register after September 7th are not guaranteed a T-shirt for the day of the race.

For those who register on September 7th or after: A limited number of t-shirts will be available at the registration table, but we cannot guarantee availability.  Get there early if you'd like one!
