Sprint Your Way to a 5K

This is the second annual Sprint Your Way To A 5k race! This is a unique race unlike any other in the country! This race is based on the idea that sprinting has tons of benefits and can be done in dramatically less time than your traditional distance running! Teams of 4 sprint the distance of a 5k on a soccer field! Oh and we are doing it under the lights at night to give you that "big league" feeling! Get your team together and come do a race that is based on sprint intervals! All proceeds are going towards Edwardsville Neighbors In Need!
