Join us to commemorate the 20th anniversary of 9-11 and to raise money to support the Highland, IL Fire Department. Every dollar raised will go back into our community via support for the fire department and victims of fires in our community.
At 8:46 A.M. on this date 20 years ago, our world was forever changed. To honor the brave men and women who lost their lives in service to others that day, we will begin our run at 8:46 A.M.
Registration for the event will begin at 7:30 a.m. at the Madison County Fairgrounds. A short memorial service will be held prior to the race, starting at 8:30 a.m.
The route will be 3.43 miles that you can walk or run at your own pace.
In remembrance of this date and gratitude for our future, we invite you and your family to join us in support of our Fire Department. There will be raffles, activities for kids, and much more!
Early bird registrants will get a t-shirt and 5 raffle tickets, so be sure to sign up by August 1st, 2021!
