Description
Midwest Food Bank’s 1st Annual Harvest Hustle 5K Run/Walk
Please join us in helping to stomp out hunger in this fun event on Saturday, October 14th at 8:00 AM in Morton, Illinois. Follow this link to the website to get registered for either 5K or the 1 mile run/walk. Packet pick-up will be on Friday, October 13th from 5-7 PM at Midwest Food Bank (700 Erie Ave. Morton, IL). Runners will have the opportunity to take a quick tour of the facility to learn more about our efforts to eliminate hunger and help those in need. Late registration will be available at the 204 S. First Street from 6:30-7:30 AM on October 14th. The race will begin and end at Memorial Park in Morton.
All age groups are encouraged to help us in our fight to help those less fortunate. Participants will receive a long-sleeved race t-shirt. Runners will be chipped, and special recognition will be given to top racers in each age group. Farm-related costumes are encouraged
