Description
The 12th Annual White Squirrel Triathlon. Whether you are a seasoned Triathlete or a first timer, this race is a great event for you!
This sprint/beginner triathlon will be held on Saturday, August 5th, 2023 at Musgrove Park and Aquatic Center in Olney, Illinois. The event will consist of 200 meter outdoor pool swim, 14.6 mile bike (HELMETS REQUIRED), and 5K/3.1 mile run/walk. The event is open to all - from beginners to the most experienced athletes. Youth who will be 10 or 11 by race day may swim, run, or both, on a team. Youth who will be 12 by race day may do any, or all, of the disciplines as an age grouper or as a member of a team
The distances include:
200 meter swim.
14.6 mile ride.
3.1mile run.
Awards for top 3 overall male and female.
Age group awards.
Top 3 Team awards
Zeus and Xena category.
