Bring joy to others and to yourself, "The 12 Days of Fitmas" will keep you moving, expend some of the extra Holiday calories, and strengthening the core as you center your mind. Two options are available:

1 Positive Thought 10 seconds of Positive Thinking
2 Deep Breaths 20 seconds of Deep Breathing
3 Plank Jacks 30 seconds of Plank Jacks
4 Stance Jacks 40 seconds of Stance Jacks
5 Russian Twists 50 seconds of Russian Twists
6 Mountain Climbers 60 seconds of Mountain Climbers
7 Squats 70 seconds of Squats
8 Alternating Lunges 80 seconds of Alternating Lunges
9 Speed Bags 90 seconds of Speed Bags
10 Alternating Front Kicks 100 seconds of Alternating Front Kicks
11 Wall Sits 110 seconds of Wall Sits
12 Burpees 120 seconds of Burpees
So the rhythm goes like this:
On December 14th - 1 Positive Thought (or 10 seconds)
December 15th - 2 Deep Breathes and 1 Positive Thought (or 20 seconds and 10 seconds)
December 16th - 3 Plank Jacks, 2 Deep Breathes, and 1 Positive Thought (or 30 seconds, 20 seconds, and 10 seconds)
etc etc etc
This will take you to December 25th where you will perform the full 12 Days of Fitmas then please upload your holiday pic on run sign up.
