Love, Abby’s 29 Mile Virtual Challenge

Sat June 1 - Sun June 30, 2024

Description

Help us celebrate Abby's birthday while raising money towards Love Abby by running or walking 29 miles throughout the month of June. Every participant will receive a finisher medal to help celebrate your achievement. All medals will ship out after the end of the challenge or they will be hand delivered if you are local.

The first male and first female to finish the challenge will also receive a T-shirt! There will also be a T-shirt given to the youngest participant as well as the oldest! We will be in contact via email once the challenge is over to get sizes. So be sure to get your whole family signed up!

Abby Liefer was a 19 year old who was killed by an underage drunk driver in 2015. Abby's family has created Love Abby in her honor to help keep her memory alive as well as RAOK days in which the community helps to make the world a slightly better place.

All proceeds will go towards Loves Abby, a non-profit organization in Southern Illinois that strives to provide essential items to local families in need.

Abby would have been 29 on June 16th. Run or walk these 29 miles in her memory and perform a RAOK if you can. “No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.” –Aesop
