Ross Bushur will be doing a Free Fun To Be Fit -Service Project with the help a lot of his Cross Country/Running Friends!! They want to help anyone in the local community become more active and reach their goal in a 5k! The FUN Training will be completely FREE!! Offered at St Jacob Park on Sunday nights at 7pm.. Starting Sunday May 21st... up to the 1st #RossRuns #IRun St Jacob Homecoming 5k on Saturday 7/15/17 at 8am! Come out and be part of the fun while being active!! Bring the family and join in!!
