Farm-to-Farm 5K/Fun Run

The Stephenson County Farm Bureau Young Leaders "Farm-to-Farm 5K/Fun Run" will be held on a beautiful out-and-back course through the scenic unglaciated countryside starting and ending at Kent Farms, 12662 N Christian Hollow Road, Winslow IL. The course will be highlighted by farm equipment, signage showcasing local agriculture, and great scenery of farms, wind turbines and livestock. Race Day registration opens at 8:30 a.m., with various classes of the "Chore Boot 40-yard Dash" taking place at 9:30 a.m. The 5K will start at 10:00 a.m. with numerous age groups and stroller classes. Registration by March 20 includes shirt, finisher medal, swag bag and refreshments; late registrations may not be guaranteed a shirt.
