IMNC Mini Camp Itinerary with Coach Aaron Kolk
📅 Friday:
4:30 PM: Kickoff Swim - Launch from the blockade, out and back to the public docks. Followed by an easy spin around the loop to prep for the ride.
7:00 PM: Dinner & Social - Join us at our restaurant sponsor for an evening of camaraderie. We’ll discuss the WB course and strategize race plans.
8:30/9:00 PM: Return to accommodations.
📅 Saturday:
Morning: Tackle the WB Sprint - A perfect preview of the IMNC swim course.
Lunch: On Your Own (OYO).
1:30 PM: Swim Form Practice - From the 70.3 NC start to the blockade.
2:30 PM: Shakeout Bike Ride - Loosen up those legs with a gentle ride.
6:00 PM: Dinner & Course Preview - Convene at Casa Blanca for an in-depth look at the 70.3 NC course, followed by social time.
8:00 PM: Return to accommodations.
📅 Sunday:
8:00 AM: Bike Course Exploration - Ride the Ferguson course with support from City Bicycle Co.
11:00 AM: Run Segment - Greenfield Lake out and back, part of the actual course.
12:30 PM: Camp Conclusion - Time to depart with new skills, insights, and friendships.
