Join Us! Commit to health and movement for Parkinson's Awareness Month! The Month to Move 500 Minute Community Fitness Challenge is one of a series of events designed to raise Parkinson's Awareness during April and engage the community in movement. If you choose to conquer this challenge, all movement and fitness activities count toward your 500 minute goal! You can walk, run, box, complete workout classes in person or online, golf, cycle, or something else. Simply log 500 minutes of movement/exercise during the month of April and you will complete the challenge! It's that simple!
