30 day run/walk streak challenge!
CREATE:
CONSISTENCY.COMMITMENT.DISCIPLINE.
Rules:
1. Run OR Walk minimum one mile every calendar day in May
2. Run or walk must be continuous (can't run .6 miles at 10am then finish up the mile around noon)
3. You may run or walk on any terrain - treadmill is okay
