Description
On Saturday March 19th at 8:00 am Fleet Feet Fort Wayne will be hosting a charity event, "Run for Ukraine". The event will be a 4.4 mile run/walk for humanitarian efforts for Ukraine. The 4.4 mile run is a unity run for the 44 million citizens of Ukraine. We are asking everyone to wear Yellow and Blue for the run as a show support for the people of Ukraine. The run and walk is free and hosted by Fleet Feet Fort Wayne. There will be Virtual Charity Pledge Cards set up at the store via computer and tablets for participating runners and walkers to donate humanitarian funds to charity of your choice that are supporting the humanitarian efforts in Ukraine. There will also be a Balloon release and light refreshments after the run. The run is open to the public. Come out and show your support.
