Long Runs with the Striders

Looking to get in your long runs this summer? The Long Run weekends will begin June 17 and 18th, for $25 we will have water/gatorade along the Erie Lackawanna trail. After our training ends we will celebrate with a party. Long runs will be from the Girls on the Run office in downtown Highland on Saturdays and from the head of the bike trail on Summit Street in Crown Point on Sundays at 7am.
