Miles for Metro Virtual Challenge

Welcome to the 1st Annual Miles for Metro Virtual Challenge!

Join us to raise money for Metro Ministries, Inc.'s Grant Program.

This inaugural event kicks off a multi-year fundraiser, where Metro Ministries hopes to raise $100,000 by our 100th Anniversary in 2023.

From August 30 through September 6, 2021 - run, walk, bike or swim. Or chart miles on an elliptical machine, treadmill, stationary bike or by counting daily steps. However you choose to get in the miles during this week, do it for Metro Ministries!

Virtual Challenge:

• How many miles can you log in a week?

• Challenge your family and friends to join you in support of Metro Ministries.

• Individuals, families, churches and organizations are invited to sign up and/or donate.

• Registration fee is $20/person.

• Children 12 and younger can register for FREE with an adult registration.

• 100% of registration fees goes to Metro's Grant programs.

• Individuals can become fundraisers in addition to or instead of registering.

• Individuals who raise the most funds will receive special recognition.

• Individuals who accumulate the most miles in their age group will receive special recognition.

• Each registrant will receive a digital Bib and Certificate of Completion.

We connect, convene and communicate with clergy, lay leaders and church congregations to empower, engage and equip church members to help meet the needs of persons in their communities. Metro's grants program supports community programs and church ministries in Central Indiana that: uplift children and youth, help under-resourced individuals with basic needs, help build Christian leaders for today and tomorrow, and work to eliminate racial and social injustice.
