Autism Walk for the Stars

Join us on Saturday, April 4th for a special morning for a Walk for the Stars and Autism Awareness.  This will be a family friendly and community event.  Walk so that other families who have loved ones on the spectrum will have the courage to seek early diagnosis and to ensure their loved one a bright future that is filled with abundant progress.  According to the Center for Disease Control, autism effects an estimated 1 in 59 children in the United States today.

All proceeds will directly benefit LittleStar and help them further their mission to inspire, serve and guide all those touched by autism to achieve a better reality. 

Run and walk course, 3.10 miles, is flat on paved cart paths of a retired golf course along the Wabash River. Indoor toilets inside clubhouse with free parking at the clubhouse.  McAllister park is easy access from I-65 at the SR 25 exit.  Located on the north side of Lafayette, 1 mile south of Sagamore Parkway at the corner of Golfview Drive and North 9th Street.  Take Duncan Road South from Sagamore Parkway to North Ninth Street and turn left.  Park entrance is 3/4 mile on your right.
