Super Hero Run/Walk

Grab your cape and your running shoes- the annual super hero run is back! Join us for a day of fun and fundraising to benefit Matrix LifeCare this coming fall at Columbian Park.

This year's event will include a timed 5K race with chipped bibs, a 3K walk, a 1K kid's fun run, a free pancake breakfast, games, prizes, a costume contest, and more! We're including kid's games and activities like last year, so be sure to bring the whole family!

Runners get a tee shirt and extra tee shirts will be available for purchase!

All proceeds benefit Matrix LifeCare Center and help provide education, counseling, and medical services to moms and families in need. We are a local non-profit so the funds you help raise will go directly back in your community!
