Description
Costumes, fitness, friends, and beer - enjoy all four at the Noblesville Parks Foundaton's Inaugural Hops Trot, held in beautiful Forest Park and ending at the Brewfest by Friends of Central Pool! Dress in your most creative costumes for this 5K run/walk with hop stops and games along the way! Awards for the costume contest will be given at the end of the race and all participants will receive a participation prize.

How much beer do I actually get?
You have the option of enjoying three sample-sized beers; one at each of the Hop Stops along the route.
Can I get more beer along the race route?
State and city regulations prohibit the serving of more beer than what is being offered during the race. We do, however, encourage all beer drinkers to participate in the Brewfest which follows the HOPS TROT! Entry is included in the ticket price!
Can I purchase more beer after the finish?
(See above.)
Can someone under 21 years old join me in the course?
Due to the nature of the event, only those 21 and over can participate. People of any age are welcome to watch or wait in beautiful Forest Park while you participate!
Do I have to dress in a costume?
You don't have to dress up...but that's part of the fun! Think of the pictures! There will be a costume contest after the race with prizes for winners!
Do I have to be a runner to participate?
Not at all! You can walk, skip, hop, or run. You'll have plenty of time to get through the course, the challenge games, and to the finish line in about an hour.
What's this about a costume contest?
Three awards will be given out post-race during a celebratory costume contest: (1) Best Overall Costume, (2) Best Beer-Themed Costume, and (3) Park Foundation Choice. So come dressed in your best!
Do I get a t-shirt?
T-shirts with our awesome logo will be sold for $10! All participants will also receive a participation prize.
REGISTRATION
Registration is all online - you can register online by going HERE! On the day of the race, please arrive to check in at 2:00 PM!
What is the price of everything?
Tickets for the Hops Trot AND the Brewfest are $45 total in advance. If you already have a ticket to the Brewfest, you can buy the Hops Trot ticket alone for $20. T-shirts will be sold for $10. (Tickets for the Hops Trot itself will be $30 the day of the event.)

What do I need to bring with me?
You will need your ID at check-in to get your wristband.
How do I get my beer?
You'll need two things: a wristband and a race bib. You’ll get your race bib at Packet Pick-Up prior to the race and it will have tear-away tags on the bottom that you’ll exchange at each Hop Stop. You get your wristband by showing your ID to verify you’re 21 or over.
Do I have to drink the beer?
Of course not, though that's part of the fun! We will also have water available at the Hop Stops.
Is the race timed?
The Hops Trot is all about FUN so no times will be recorded!
Can I bring my own beer?
No need! We get you started, and then you can attend the Brewfest at the end if you want more!
What if it rains?
This is a rain or shine event!
