This custom program is geared to the first time half or full marathoner; AS WELL AS, seasoned goal orientated runners. We welcome all paces and abilities. Our coaches will customize a program to meet your goal half or full marathon. You will receive support throughout the program via email newsletters, Facebook group page, assisted intervals & long runs, training shirt and full access to the coaches for personalized questions. All of the coaches are seasoned marathoners (4 of them have done over 20 marathoners, qualified and participated in the Boston Marathon and have studied and trained using various methods).
Program Dates – June 12 thru November 5th
Group Runs – Tuesdays @ 5:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. & Sundays @ 7 a.m.
Yoga for Runners – Fridays @ 8:30 a.m.
