👟Fall Half & Full Marathon Training - June 17th thru October 28, 2023👟

**This training timeline can be modified to your goal marathon. In previous years, our participants have aimed for the Chicago Marathon, the Indianapolis Monumental Half or Full Marathon, or our Race the Region Duneland Half Marathon.

Saturday, June 3rd at 7:00 am. from Extra Mile (3400 Calumet Ave, Valparaiso, Indiana) - meet the coaches, join us for a 3-mile fun run and stick around for a talk from Spardha Sharma,PT about running mechanics. All paces are welcome. Register link coming soon.

Saturday, June 10th at 7:00 a.m. from Extra Mile - (3400 Calumet Ave, Valparaiso, Indiana) - before the "Official" training starts, meet the coaches, ask about the training, join in a run choosing your distance from 3 to 8 miles.  All paces are welcome. Register link coming soon.

Saturday, June 17th at 7:00 a.m. from Extra Mile Fitness Company - (3400 Calumet Ave, Valparaiso, Indiana) - Official kick-off for training! Meet the coaches, ask about the training, join in a run choosing your distance from 3 to 10 miles.  All paces are welcome.

PROGRAM BEGINS WEEK OF JUNE 17th

This custom program is geared to the first time half or full marathoner, as well as, any seasoned goal-orientated runners.  We welcome all paces and abilities!  Our coaches will help customize a program to meet your goal half or full marathon.   You will receive support throughout the program via email newsletters, Facebook group page, assisted intervals & long runs, training shirt and unlimited access to the coaches for personalized questions. All of the coaches are seasoned marathoners (4 of them have done over 20 marathons, qualified and participated in the Boston Marathon and have studied and trained using various methods).

THE DETAILS:

⚡Program Dates – June 17th thru October 28th

⚡Group Runs – Tuesday group workouts at 5:15 am or 6:00 p.m. and Sunday long runs @ 7:00 a.m. and some Saturdays.

⚡THE COST: $90/PERSON (Does not include race entry)
