Participants can anticipate a core workout geared towards balance, strength and flexibility. This course will engage key muscle groups which help stabilize the linear movement of running. Andrew Wallen, Owner of Integrated Movement, and his team will help you identify your instabilities and build a strong core. By incorporating core workouts into your fall training program, you may reduce your chance of injuries and enhance your performance.
Participants are asked to bring a mat/towel, one of the following (medicine ball, dumbbells or kettle bells), bands or straps and water bottle.
