Extra Mile Free Fun Run/Walk with Orthopedic Balance and Therapy

Join the staff of the Extra Mile and Arlan from Orthopedic Balance and Therapy.   We will start the evening off with a fun run/walk followed by some great advice on balance, your posture and how it relates to movement.

This FREE FUN RUN/WALK will feature a 3 mile route followed door prizes.

ALL paces and abilities are welcome.

We ask all participants to follow the rules of the road. As the we move into the fall please remember to wear your HIGH VIZ & REFLECTIVE clothing and/or vests. All participants are REQUIRED to register to participate and to be eligible for door prizes.
