Join the staff of the Extra Mile and Bone & Joint Specialists for a FREE fun/walk on a 3 mile route. Following the run/walk, there will be an informational presentation by the Bone and Joint Specialists. Dr Michael Knesek, M.D. will touch on the 3 most common running/walking injuries along with a Q & A. Dr. Knesek gained valuable experience working with the Chicago Blackhawks, Chicago Cubs, University of Michigan basketball and hockey during his fellowship.
We are excited to have Dr. Knesek as our guest speaker and hope he can help keep us moving!
