All participants must register online 
All events are FREE
All ages are welcome
All paces and abilities are welcome
Please note this group moves on the city streets; therefore, proper clothing is highly recommended (including but not limited to reflective/high visibility clothing and lights when dark.
All participants 21 and older with an ID will receive a free 4 oz tasting of cider from Aftermath.
All participants who attend ALL 4 of the Fall Cider Series Events will be eligible for a drawing of 4 gift baskets (value $50).  [To be eligible you must register online and check in at the Extra Mile at each event]

Please join Extra Mile and Aftermath. During the 3 Mile Fun Run/Walk, we guide you to Aftermath, where you will get a dye.  Once you return to the Extra Mile roll the dice and see if you win a prize!
