Description
Each year the Extra Mile kicks off the New Year with a seminar series. This year we are thrilled to announce our “New Year – New You” initiative. We want to help you get off on the right foot with your nutrition, foot care, skincare, lower back and hip engagement.

Thursday, January 10th @ 6:15 p.m. – Join Angie Tursman, WHCNP with St. Mary Medical Center as she shares insights on nutritional deficiencies and the impact on endurance athletes. What are the symptoms? Do you need a blood test? What about over-the-counter supplements?
