Run/Walk with Balega, Trigger Point, & Fuel Belt

Join the staff of the Extra Mile and Chris with Balega, Trigger Point, & Fuel Belt as we wear test their new products. Chris will be demoing all of the Trigger Point massage products. This FREE 3 Mile Fun Run/Walk welcomes everyone. 

This FREE 3 Mile Fun Run/Walk is open to all abilities and paces.    Please register for the event.  All participants will be moving on the city streets and are asked to follow the rules of the road.  Any participant under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.  Strollers and dogs are welcome but are asked to watch for fellow runners and walkers while out moving.
