Fourth annual Run for Our Lives 5K to raise awareness about Sudden Cardiac Arrest and CPR. Sudden Cardiac Arrest affects more than 360,000 people every year. The survival rate is less than 10%. Early intervention with CPR and the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) increases that chance of survival.
All proceeds will be used to purchase AEDs to placed in our community.
Sadly, the pandemic has definitely impacted us again this year. Due to very limited resources, this year's race will look a little different - we will provide completion times, but there will not be an official timer.
T-shirt sizes are not guaranteed after October 15th.
