BTC Summer Social Run (benefiting Crisis Center, Inc)

After 10 years of the Crisis Center's Just a Call Away 5K, we're doing something new! Join us and the Birmingham Track Club on August 16 at Trim Tab Brewery for a run, post-run social, and a bonus Watermelon Eating Contest! There will be drinks and a food truck, and great opportunities to get to know the BTC and the Crisis Center.

This year's race has distances for everyone, with the 1-3 mile run beginning at 7AM, a 5-8 mile course starting at 6:30AM, and a long run for the extra ambitious (10-14 miles!) at 6AM. 

After running, check out The Total Joint‘s recovery tent. They offer physical therapy from their locations in Crestwood and Homewood, with a variety of customizable services to meet your individual needs and help you reach your goals.

Can't make it in person? You can still support the Crisis Center and complete a run on your own time!
