Description
The Panther is set to include runners of all ages and abilities. This will be an event for the competitive runner, the casual runner, the jogger, and the walker. Our 1 Mile PANTHER Fun run is something the whole family can participate in together. Those who want to conquer the challenge of a longer run can choose between THE PANTHER 5K or 10K Run.
The Terrain will include trails, track, and pavement. The Races will start and finish on the Campus of Pell City High School. The Panther 5K and 10K will reach into downtown Pell City before returning to the finish on Campus. The 1 Mile Fun Run will be held entirely on Campus.
Proceeds from the Race will go toward Pell City Athletics and Support the Cross Country Program. The PCHS XC Guys have had members of the team qualify and compete in the State Final. The PCHS XC Girls team has competed in the State Final for the past three Seasons. Come on out and Participate in this inaugural event and/or consider giving a donation to Support the Panthers.
